Mayes County Rural Water District 2 offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  If your payment is past due, paying online will not relinquish responsibility for any penalties, late fees or disconnect fees that may not be reflected on the balance shown.

Online Bill Pay

Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7.  We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover. Have your account number handy. Just click the green "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. A small convenience fee will be charged for this payment option.  Balance shown online may not reflect most recent payments and/or charges.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.  We process the automatic withdrawal as close to the 16th each month as possible (if the 16th is on the weekend or holiday, we process the Friday before).  You will still receive the bill in the mail so you will know the amount to be deducted.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address:  202 W Broadway, Chouteau, OK. 74337.  We accept cash, check/ money orders and credit/debit cards (there is a 3% fee to use a card whether in person or over the phone). To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  There is a drop box located under the window to the left of the door for after hours.  

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
